☞After School Rehearsal
Friday, May 10th
2:35 – 4:30PM
*This rehearsal is mandatory and included in the chorus grade.
☞Spring Concert
Monday, May 13th
*Students must be in room 113 by 6:15PM. Concert begins at 7:00PM.
Students will be dismissed at the end of the concert (approx. 8:15PM).
ATTIRE: Black Chorus Polo (provided), Black slacks or dress pants, black socks, nice dark shoes.
☞Denver Elementary Performance
May 15th 9:00AM
*Student attire is the same as the spring concert.
Students will report to the Auditorium following CREW.
Students will miss periods 1 and 2. Students MUST see their teachers in advance using the trip form in order to organize assignments and complete them by the due date.
☞School Assembly
May 16th 9:00AM
*Student attire is the same as the spring concert.
Report to the CAFETERIA after period 1. Students will miss period 2.

Attendance Policy:
A student is EXCUSED from a performance due to illness or a family emergency. This policy coincides with the school’s policy. The student must bring Mrs. Narehood a note on the next school day for verification of absence. If a parent foresees an event in conflict with a rehearsal / performance date and ALL ATTEMPTS have been made to reschedule the conflicting event, Mrs. Narehood must be contacted NO LATER THAN TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT. Only reasonable situations will be excused. Failure to plan ahead is not deemed an excused absence. Students who are unexcused from a performance, or who are continually unexcused from rehearsals may become ineligible for trips and extra choral activities.
