☞ Muddy Creek Lutheran Church
Sunday, April 21
Cocalikuimba will be performing once again at Muddy Creek Lutheran Church in Adamstown.
Parents may attend the service or drop off and pick up.
Arrival: 9:45 at Muddy Creek Lutheran Church in costume – GO UPSTAIRS TO SANCTUARY
Performance: 10:15 Service
Pickup: APPROX. 11:25 (help load drums).
DIRECTIONS:
Muddy Creek Lutheran Church is located in Adamstown on
Rt. 272 near Zia Maria Restaurant. Turn onto Muddy Creek Road from Rt 272. Parents are invited to attend the service and should let Mrs. Narehood know if arrangements need to be made for a student to leave before the end of the service (only in emergency situations).

Arrival: 6:30PM – Costume ON!
Performance: 7:00-7:30PM
Pickup: 7:40 (help load drums).

Report to MS Room 113 by 1:00PM to put on costumes and get drums.
*Select Singers will put on costumes outside after singing.
Performance – 1:45 – 2:15
Return to room 113 after performance to replace costumes and drums. Dismissed!
☞ Solo Ensemble Concert
Wednesday, May 23
CMS Auditorium
Concert begins at 7:00PM
Arrival: room 113 by: 7:30PM with Mrs. N
Performance: close to 8:00PM
Pickup: Approx. 8:15
☞ Ten Thousand Villages Children’s Festival
Saturday, June 1
Report to warehouse area (back of store): by 12:00 Noon
Performance: 12:30-1:00
*Students will receive tickets for food items, etc.
Pick-up: Any time after loading drums approx. 1:15
Performance Attendance: All performances are mandatory. Performance dates will be given at least one month in advance. If there is a conflict with a performance parents must contact Mrs. Narehood at least two weeks in advance via email, phone or written note.
Costumes:
GIRLS - black spandex shorts, plain/clean white, round neck, short sleeved shirt and hair pulled back neatly and totally out of face. Skirt, head wrap, anklet will be provided.
BOYS – solid black pants and shirt. Scarf, kofi hat, arm band will be provided.
ALL performers should wear easily removable shoes/sandals to every performance!
